Creating good content quickly is something a lot of us try to do, especially when using AI tools like ChatGPT.

But if you’ve ever used ChatGPT, you know that sometimes the articles you get need a lot of changes to really fit what you’re looking for.

After about a year of using ChatGPT, I’ve found a better way to ask for articles that saves me a lot of editing time. Here’s how to do it.

The Best Way to Ask ChatGPT for an Article

I’ve figured out a special way to ask ChatGPT to write articles that almost hit the mark right away.

This is the formula I use:

“Can you write an article about [insert topic] that includes facts and where you found them?

Start with a story at the beginning. The article should be for [describe your ideal reader].

Talk about [what you want to focus on] and not [what you want to avoid].

Please mention [your company or product] and how it solves [a specific problem] for [your ideal reader], but only mention it twice.

Finish the article with a conclusion that ends with a question.”
